When can we check in?
The check-in time with us is at 15.00, but may vary in some specific packages. Feel free to take an extra look at the website for what applies to the package you have chosen. Is it possible to check in earlier? If space allows, we can offer to check in earlier in the room, but we can only guarantee this on the same day as arrival. So feel free to call the day you arrive and hear if it goes well with a previous check-in.

Is it possible to check out later?
If space allows, we can offer to keep the room for an extra hour. You can check at the reception on the day of departure if a later check-out is possible.

How late can we cancel our reservation?
Your booking confirmation states when you last need to cancel free of charge. If you have booked via a 3rd party site (eg Booking.com, Hotels.com), cancellation must go through them.

Is it ok to bring a dog?
Dogs are welcome at our hotel. Having a dog costs SEK 200 / night.

Are there rooms adapted for people with functional variation?
Function variation-adapted room is available, announce when booking.

What does "discount" mean?
Starting price means that the price varies depending on different seasons and which day of the week you arrive. The starting price presented for each offer is the lowest available price.

Is there AC in the hotel?

Where do I park as a guest with you?
When you stay with us, we offer parking adjacent to the accommodation.

Charging station for electric car?
If you drive an electric car, we have two charging stations in our parking lot for a regular electric car and for Tesla. Cost SEK 120 / night. Contact the reception on tel: 0383-46 21 60

Do you have motorhome pitches?

Is it possible to order breakfast in the room?
If you stay with us and want to enjoy breakfast in the room, you order this at the reception no later than 18.00 the night before. An extra fee of SEK 100 will be added.

What dinner times apply?
Dinner is included in almost all our packages and it is served at 18.00 in the restaurant.

Is it possible to pay in cash?
We have a cashless restaurant. At our hotel reception you can pay with cash if needed, but we prefer card payment. We of course accept all standard debit and credit cards.
